Lentil Cookies
I recently tried out Alton Brown's recipe for Lentil Cookies.
Like most, I was a bit skeptical at first about putting lentils in a cookie, but since they are such a wonder food I decided to give it a try. (They are also a vegetarians best friend, providing tons of protein.)
They turned out better then I could have imagined. They are delicious! And even guilt free since they are packed with tons of stuff that is good for you.
