I was in the mood for pizza but I didn't have any cheese or tomatoes, so I made this instead. The toppings are all pretty simple because my fridge looks like an empty wasteland right now :)
The recipe for the dough I used came from some website, but it was a pretty basic pizza dough and frozen dough or a quick mix from the store should work just as well. I baked mine for ten minutes, added the toppings and baked it for another 15 minutes at 480°.
Broccoli topping
Cook a handful of broccoli in vegetable broth. Mash the broccoli with a fork and mix in a tablespoon of cream cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Garlic topping
Mix a tablespoon of tomato paste with a bit of water and add chopped garlic, basil and thyme.
Scallion topping
Mix chopped scallions with some cream cheese and season with salt, fresh black pepper and a bit of nutmeg.
