Easy Homemade Chicken Parmesan, First Try.

Camera got a little steamy.










3 Chicken Breasts, cut in half=6pieces
Pat dry with paper towel.
Coat with plain bread crumbs
Dip in egg/milk mixture
Coat with season bread crumbs (Bread Crumbs, Fresh grated Parmesan, garlic, pepper, pinch of salt)
Fry in Iron Skillet til golden brown.(evoo)
removed excess oil by placing on papertowels, and place a slice of provolone(from the deli counter) on each piece of chicken. 
(I bought jar sauce) pour jar 1/2 - 3/4 of a jar of sauce into the bottom of a baking pan, place chicken on top. 
Bake until cheese get bubbly/brown.
I just tossed the remaining sauce with some linguine and voila!
