Today will be a much better and much easier day than yesterday.
I have a day off, my laundry is done, most of my cleaning is done, groceries are bought (not food, but like, garbage bags and cat food, that jazz), so now I just need to pay my rent.
I have until January 8th to pay my phone bill, and though that will end up being a late payment, I don't have to worry about that for another 5 days.
I owe about $50 on my hydro, too, but I am ignoring that right now just so I can feel like I am almost caught up.
I have $195 I can put on rent tomorrow, and hopefully that will satiate my managers until next payday, or at least until the weekend, because I might be able to cover the $200 in tips, or at least close to it.
I am just talking myself through this bill mess, you don't have to read this part.

He must have Mr. Check teaching him for something this year. Wait, Mr. Check retired, didn't he? Chuk has no excuse for his chesterfields.
