Ehh... I can look professional when I have to. For interviews with important people, I'll look professional. For shooting cosplay, I'll wear clothes that I don't mind getting dirty.

I enjoy Silvio's. haha. Since it's down the street from my office I go there sometimes during my lunch to browse their used section. I bought my camera bag from them too and I got the same response. The one I bought was this one http://www.tamrac.com/5612.htm. Pretty big, I used to use a Canon backpack but the zipper busted so I had to get a new one.

I've also learned that when you deal with the Japanese record labels and bands, it really pays to look serious about what you're doing. When you walk in the door to do an interview or take photos, they start judging you right away. They can tell if you're serious or not.

Very true. That's also true for the managers of voice actors/actresses, directors, or any creative staff. Many times we have turned away interviews, because they wanted to just meet the person for their selfish reasons.

Yeah, Silvio's is a great place to look for used equipment. They had a used Nikon 17-55/2.8 when I went in and that lens is on my wish list. I always get mad when I see a used lens that I want and don't have the money to get it. I still have to pay off the D300 and get through Fanime. When I got home, I noticed all the pet hair on my new camera bag because they have that crazy dog that roams all over the store.
