Location: Pamela's office, first floor main building

The school environment wasn't bare of food; all the little student dramas and teenage insecurities made for fairly good pickings, even if a lot if it was basically empathic junk food.
And then there were bits where he caught whiffs of something else. (Aaah, what point would heroes have if there were no villains, after all~?) He couldn't say for sure what was going on, just that there were a few people on campus that smelled delicious.
He wasn't going to get that involved just yet. He had cover to maintain, and would need more information and clues.
But that didn't mean he couldn't go checking to see if he couldn't get a nice dinner off personal effects occasionally (and maybe some clues!), did it?
So he was up, at 3 am, snooping around one of the first-floor office doors. He flattened up by the door, peering around to check that nobody else was in the hallway -
Then, painfully, leaked just enough energy to turn a couple of his fingers into a chaotic mess of small, thin filaments to try to pick the lock. That little effort meant bleeding power, but if he could get a good meal out of this, it'd be worth it.
There were a few ominous snaps that sounded like the lock was breaking rather than opening, but it didn't matter; it was -open- and gave him enough time to slip inside and pull it shut behind him. Or, as shut as it would stay, now...
He didn't plan on being there that long - just enough to poke through some file drawers, see if anything was hidden, feed off the ambient energy - people weren't usually awake at this hour, right?
