I have a significant birthday milestone coming up and while I don't usually do much of anything for birthdays, I want to take a vacation this time. Plus, heinleinfan and I haven't been away, together for years. We think it could be fun to do the classic tropical beach vacation since neither of us has ever tried that. I should add that after swimming in Key West and discovering the ocean COULD BE WARM (I grew up here, how I would know that??) ... I've never gone swimming in the ocean in New England again. And I probably never will.
