Yesterday one of the employees packed his bags and left under cover of darkest mid-morning, without talking to us, without even telling us he was leaving.  Later my brother received a text - he left because the housekeeper I employ was annoying him.  This was a 40 year old man.  He ran away from his job because A GIRL WAS BUGGING HIM.

And that's going to be hard to top.
