(no subject)
well sam and esi called last night to see if i could go out. unfortunately it was 9:40 and my mom would have wanted me back before she went to work, so i couldn't go out. that sucked, but maybe tonight.
i start working at the golf club saturday night, so i guess i'll see how that goes. they pay me a dollar more than the cloverleaf (who also wants me back, thankfully). hopefully i can get in a lot of hours before my surgery, and then my dad said he would pay me for household chores while i can't walk. so i think my money situation is shaping up, which is good (of course).
ended up talking to lex for about 2.5 hours last night. we were basically just commiserating and hanging out. it's still weird to see people's reactions to my "multiple personalities," as lex calls them. it was really good to talk to someone without straining, honestly. now if i can just apply that to my conversations with ben...
i'm going to the sectional meet today- good times, good times. they're at whippany park (as opposed to south plainfield or roxbury) so i'll actually be able to make it there on my own (aka without ending up in arizona).
i just decided that every day, i'm going to set a few goals. and write them out. so i can cross them off if i achieved them. hehe- i must be learning this from liz (;
