So much crap running through my head, so I figured I'd put it down.

Called home, and Dad says he's "Starting to put a little bit of weight on his leg".  Apparently favoring the one leg has made his other leg sore, but he gets the 2 1/2 inch pin from his foot out soon (can't remember date, will ask Mom when I talk to her this pm.). I thought that was pretty good news.

I talked to Dad this morning, and he's doing okay. Sore, but okay.  Being the packrats that they are, they had saved Grandma's wheelchair, and are going to use that as needed. Also, mom mentioned that the pastor is going to come over to help get him where they need to go so he can keep doing what he needs to.   He said that there's actually eleven ( Read more... )
