So in case you haven't seen it on facebook, Wes and I are in an open relationship. This has been one of the hardest things I have had to do but I think it is what I need to do. I tried it for the first time in the spring of sophomore year and he freaked out and we had a huge fight. So I gave up. And then I tried it again a couple of weeks ago and

hey it's okay and a good thing in ways, you want to see what's out there, and not shut yourself completly out because you found someone a an early try. I mean look at Megan and Jessie, they've been together forever and doing the open relationship thing now for various reasons. This will make your relationship stronger after this summer too. I think megan wrote a journal about it a couple of months ago maybe it'll help.

Don't worry, I doubt it'll be the end for you guys. The fact that he said 'go for it' and that he'd still support you speaks volumes.
It was really strong of you to do what you needed to do for youself even though it was hard.

hey...i know this was a hard thing for you to do but i'm proud of you for sticking with what you felt you needed to do :) i hope that everything works out the way it is supposed to. if you ever need to talk/vent i am here for you (i know you know that but just wanted to remind you)...can't wait to see you Saturday :)
