Your name is Dorian too?
Hello my friends! I figured out that I haven't updated this in almost two weeks so I thought I would let you all know that I'm still alive..and what I've been up to. Pretty much its been work..and hanging out with friends a little. I know I'm not gonna remember everything cause its been a while but here are a few cool (or semi-cool) things..
^The fourth of July was a lot of fun. Kristen, Brandon, and I drove over to Roswell and met up with Wes and a whole basement full of people! We all drove over to Blessed Trinity and hung out there eating food, playing frisbee, taking pictures, talking, and eventually watching the fireworks. The group I hung out with ended up being Wes, Kristen, Brandon, Cara, and Sandi. It was a lot of fun and luckily there was no rain until the drive home.
^The next thing I remember is that Friday night. I went and saw Click with Sandi, Lauren, and Brandon. So..I was expecting a comedy considering it was described as a comedy and Adam Sandler was in it. But it ended up being the most depressing movie I have seen in a while. Like REALLY depressing. Like almost made me cry depressing- and I NEVER cry at movies. I haven't cried watching a movie since Free Willy. It had a good message but still..I wish I had been warned. Afterwards we got some Starbucks and talked and it was lovely. :)
^There's been two trivia nights since my last entry..gosh this is such a stupid entry. Both weeks we did pretty bad. But had lots of fun and of course took lots of pictures. I will add those on to facebook soon. (My computer is broken and my family's computer is almost broken so thats why I'm like never online and haven't put the pictures up and haven't updated this..yeah) Last week we had some new people come- Collin and Ashley. It might be kind of hard for Collin to come again since hes in Nebraska and all but Ashley should come again!
^I visited Wes a few times too. I still don't like how I see him once or twice a week but the summer is not going to last forever. I went and saw him last night and we played pool and I am getting a lot better. He did figure out that he can bring his pool table to the Grove so I'm sure there will be lots of pool playing times this year.
^Work is pretty much my life. I LOVE working at the Schoolbox. And they love me so they're giving me tons of hours! haha. Didn't mean to sound vain there..Anyways this past week all I did was work. I feel like I haven't seen any of my friends in FOREVER. I saw some people at trivia but other than that..I've been working and coming home to crash. On Tuesday I worked all day at Schoolbox, drove home to have dinner with my mom, and then drove back to Schoolbox and priced items till 10. And Wednesday I worked all day at Schoolbox and then drove straight to Pump It up and worked there till 10. Corporate was coming the next morning so we had to clean the whole building..yeah I hid in one of the obstacle courses for 15 minutes trying to take a nap. lol.
^I am excited about a few things coming up! Ashley has invited me to go to Wild Bills with a bunch of people, my family is going to a Braves Game, and the Mville Gang is trying to plan a reunion. And don't worry..I have already told both of my jobs I am unavailable to work during those times! :)
P.S. The title of the entry is about something that happened at Schoolbox this week. A little black boy came in and his mom and siblings kept screaming his name..which was Dorian. So the new girl Kelsey (who knows goes to GAC and knows Pierce- thats for Kristen) asked me to help her answer the other Dorian's question. So hes like your name is Dorian too???!!! And his mom is like I can't believe you spell it the same way! (Umm..how else would you spell it?) And she goes on telling me how it meets gift and blah blah blah. Meanwhile the little Dorian goes and breaks open a bag of stuff and places the items in different spots of the store. And then brings part of it to the front and tells his mom that it fell. So she leaves it on a pile of calendars and they leave. And so I told everyone that the other Dorian gave my name a bad reputation..and then I cleaned up his mess. The end!
