(most of these are in reference to several different situations, but they're contributing to my overall mood of discomfit)
- if you're around my age and still single... it's a given that you come with baggage (plus the carry-ons)... but it's best not to hand them over all at the same time...
- worst compliment of the night: "you're not a girl, you're cool, you're one of the guys"
- it's probably not a good idea to rub another girl's thigh when on a date, even if your date is in the restroom
- good advice is hard to give when it makes the one you want happy.... with someone else
- withholding good advice from someone is just as hard to do when it would make your friend unhappy
- it's harder to be selfish when everyone is actually encouraging you to do so
- I tried my best not to intermix my professional life with my personal b/c it may end up costing someone their livelihood (at the very least their job). However if you slander me and threaten my license, you've backed me into a corner.
- if you've been a liar your whole life, your reputation is enough to discredit anything you say. if you try to deny the truth in the face of irrefutable proof, then you're just an idiot.
