(no subject)
Wow ... so it's been a while. I keep meaning to update, but school this year is kicking my ass. I guess that's the price you pay for going through the next level of courses for one major instead of switching to another one.
Not really much to write about, just thought that I should update since I haven't in forever. Life is kind of boring right now, in the fact that I haven't been out to half as many parties this year as I went to in my first month of school last year. I basically just go to school, go to work, do homework, eat and sleep. Reeeealll exciting.
We did go to my friend Ryan's house party last weekend though. Jess, Alex, Dan, and I ended up playing a game of beer pong before we left, then went there, and people were just unfriendly, so we played another game of beer pong, and walked to another party. We talked to Ryan and his girlfriend, Mandy, for a little bit, but he seemed a little busy since he was helping run the show I guess. So we went to Dan's friend's party one street over and of all people there, I run into Kristin, who I haven't seen since our first softball game last year. So she knows the girls who are throwing the party, we get a few free jello shots, whatever ... which is cool since I paid FOUR BUCKS to play ONE game of beer pong over at Ryan's. Still pretty pissed about that ... and I didn't even get a cup after that. Well, we wandered back over to Ryan's because some more people had shown up. Ran into Jenny McVain and Melissa from the dorms freshman year ... that was odd. Then, these bitchy girls were standing next to us, and Alex is pretty drunk at this point. And when Alex is drunk, he's hilariously funny, but he can be kind of funny in a stupid way. So he walks up to these girls, wets his first two fingers and smooths down his eyebrows and says "Hey ladies, how's it goin?" If he had done that to me, I would have been laughing. But these bitches just looked at him like he was psycho. These girls were NOT even cute, I might add. And Alex is a pretty good looking guy! So Jess walks up to them and says "Look, I'm sorry about my friend, he can be a little bit of a dumbass when he's drunk." And the girl just gives her this bitchy look (which her friend observes and then imitates as well) and says "Well I GATHERED that." So Jess just made this face like "OOOOOOk then" and just turned back to our group. We could hear them talking about us though behind our backs. The one girl was saying something to this guy that was standing by her (w/ her fat friend adding in the occasional "Yeah" to back her up) about how she wanted to beat up Jess, and she didn't think her little five foot friend (me) was going to be able to do much about it. I got soooo mad, I just wanted to shove my fist through her face and say "Guess I couldn't do much about it, huh?" And people that know me, know that I am not a very violent person ... well, unless it comes to drunken wrestling that is. So Jess is like, "We need to leave." So I go inside to find Alex, who has found another girl to talk to and I left her out there with Dan. And I guess while I was gone, those girls kept inching closer and closer to her. So Jess walks inside and says "Ok, we need to leave, NOW". We looked behind us, and those girls had followed us inside! Who the hell gets so pissed off over something so dumb????
Anyways, that's my story of the week. Tune in next week ... hopefully it won't be that long though!
