This..was so..stupid. I've been in L.A--for what? Two weeks? Yeah, sure, what the hell! Two weeks. And, no fameous people! THIS WAS HOLLYWOOD! WHERE IS THE FAMEOUS PEOPLE?! What's a slayer gatta do around here to get some reconition

::Finally coming to the last page and signing my name, I get up and place the folder back onto the secretary's desk. Then take my seat once again. Not sure why I am staying in here since I am basically done, but I will be leaving shortly. I still have to check this school out and at least find my locker. Not to mention find the outside eating area so I can meet Nicole...that is if she even decides to show up. Not long after I took my seat a girl walked in, I would say Sophmore..cant be a Senior, Junior maybe. She had long light brown hair, kinda short(which aint a bad thing), average size, and not a bad looking Fashion sense...I am sure Nicole would say different but, I have to say it was not that bad. I listened to the girl trash talking the secretary..I would laugh but I mean that's not really the first impression I am aiming for. It was still kinda rude. But this secretary was totally clueless. I mean here is a girl trash talking her and she still offers her service...maybe she is deaf. I was reading through my student planner while listening to this girl, after the next thing she said the secretary totally freaked out which I had to smirk then said to myself::

"Nope not deaf"

::I got up and made my way for the door as the girl said my name...or well last name anyway. I turned and looked at her::

"Well..could be worse I guess. And actually it's Dawn, Summer's is my last name, but my best calls me it all the time which I kinda like I dunno guess it has a ring to it ya know. Anyway its nice to meet you......um..Sorry I dont happen to know your name. What they call you?"

I smirk softly, and nod my head. I look at her..well, up at her, and put my hands on my hips. I wore base ball like tee, with red sleves and a white shirt, that had my initials; E.P. Written on it. And some jeans, my hair was down, and I had make up on. I was slackerish with style.

I make up my own words and sayings as I go along, haven't you noticed that?

My hazel eyes look into hers, I guess she was alright. She rambled, but she seemed decent.

"Name's Erin..Dawn, nice to meet ya!" I let my accent out a little bit more, not caring. "You got any fameous people here?"

::I open the office door hopeing that Erin knows enough to come out. I mean it really smelled strong with coffee and I for one do not like coffee so it was starting to bother me. Plus Lunch time is getting faster and I still have to get around, find my locker and such. I think I am just gonna skip my 4th period class if Nicole doesnt show up. That way I can just walk with her tomorrow and she can show me where the classes are. Sure enough Erin comes out of the office as we start walking down the hall as I am looking for my locker::

"It's nice to meet you to. I am sure there are famous people around but I have only been in LA for a few weeks. I was here when I was little, but my sister got into some trouble and we had to move. And now were back. I think you'd have better luck asking my best friend Nicole. She should be here around lunch if not you'll prolly see her with me tomorrow. So your like what a sophmore or a junior or something?"

::I didn't have a problem if she was either. It was kinda cool to meet someone so quickly like that. Plus with Nicole off doing her thing, this gave me someone to talk to::

"Junior..but yanno, I get by." I shrug and smirked softly. "Alright..whatever, meeting people is all good."

I look at my locker as we reach it, and tilt my head.

"You can fit someone in here.."

I open it, and suck in my stomache, and inch my way in. "Like in the movies, man!" I squeeze out, smirking. I look up at her again, nodding, well..bobing my head. "Love this place now.."

Indeed. Indeed.

::I watch as Erin climbs into her locker. Which is kinda odd. So I look around the hall and notice how people are getting to there third period classes. I decide that I aint really in a mood to go to class, plus my face was bugging me from the other night. I didn't feel like being in the school so I aint gonna stay::

"Hey, Erin. Not that this isn't fun, but I think I am gonna head out to the lunch area. I dunno I guess I am gonna go think, and I tend to do that better outside."

::I start to walk off up the hall. Then stop deadly in my tracks then spin around and walk down the hall past Erin, feeling kinda silly::

"Uh heh...lunch area is this way....."

::I laugh it off and then continue on my out and out the side door. I come across a bunch of round lunch tables and look about. I see a tree not far off in the distance and walk over to it. I then without any effort climb up it and sit a ways up leaning back on the trunk and hanging my feet down and I just look around::

"Boy what a great day this is turning out to be"

::I look about to see if maybe Nicole has showed up, which she hasnt and I just sit up in the tree thinking about what the talk is gonna be like when I finally do get home::

Holy hell! That girl was pretty as pepper was to salt!

Again, I'm a Texan, intro to very odd sayings. Better than Frashizzle, now aint it?

I literally run outside, the middle of the courtyard, looking for her. People bumped into me..so prejudice against the small people..and they ignored me. So many tall people, and NO fameous people! This was WRONG!

I tuck my light brown hair behind my ear, and skimmed the crowds.

Yatzi! Found the tall chick! Sitting in the tree, like some Tom and Huck..or whatever. I used to climb tree's when I was little, when I visited my nana in Bennete, that was so long gone from when Jaques picked me up..you know how weird it is? To have some French foreign dude to come up to your parents and say he needed to train me?

I think my dad thinks I'm a prostitute. I think its funny.

Sittin' up in that tree, dangeling her long bony legs. I walk up to her and raise my head up.

"Haven' fun up there?"

Nice girl. But weird.

::I looked down...the girl looked like an ant...oh my mistake she was just really short. I get a better look and notice it's that Erin girl from inside. Doesn't she know how to take a hint. I left to have some me time ya know. Where you can just think and not be bothered. I just wanted to wait for Nicole to show up and if she didn't by lunch I was just gonna head over there for an hour to copy school notes.::

"Yes I am thank you for asking. Nice view..."

::Okay I doubt she really cared if I was having fun. But the polite thing is to answer her...besides she doesnt look that tough. Bit of a mouth on her..what the hell am I saying??!! I am sounding like Buffy. That is a bad thing bad....bad!..BAD!!!.::

"Um..is there something you wanted?"

::I go back to looking at...they sky. It's big enough so ya can't miss that..big and blue...sounds like the ocean.::

I roll my eyes, not caring if she were offended.

"Like I have any idea on this thing..and you all tall people, could trample over me." I say, nodding. My head was hurting, looking up at her, and those long bony legs could knock me one in my head. So..no. I'm gonna go.

"See ya..This is a shitty place anyway." I politely nod at her, and turn my heels and walk off. She wanted to follow? Then it would be alright. I didn't care. I debated weather or not I should go to class--

Maybe. Or..I can pull the fire drill? Nah. Too used. Wanna be oringinal.

::I wasn't that tall. I am 17, 5'7 that's average. Boy this girl needed a total attitude adjustment. Who the hell did she think she was. Hello she had known me like all of 20 minutes. I hope she gets her ass kicked.::

"Well if this is such a shitty place why they hell are you here!"

::God she was getting on my nerves but I noticed she was leaving away. Bout time. I just wanted to sit up in the tree and be left alone. Waiting for Nicole. So we could have lunch least she was a familiar face. I look at my watch and notice there is still almost 40 minutes till lunch.::

"This is the longest day ever!!!"

::I sigh and lean back against a branch. While letting time past by which seems like its taking forever to let a simple 5 minutes go by. I close my eyes, not to go to sleep but just get a rest after all I didn't get much sleep last night::
