Eva was just a little annoyed. She'd always had trouble keeping track of her things- one reason why she was always very careful with where she put things. When she moved to Sunnydale, she began losing things much more often. If she wasn't losing things, they seemed to move on their own, or she'd acquire new items.
She tried not to think about that as she flipped through books, but she could not concentrate on anything. Iowa and Reno hadn't been this bad, but they were Iowa, and Reno. She resolved to look for Chris's phone number again, and if she couldn't find it, then she'd go out, and make more friends.
It wasn't that hard to talk to someone, right?
