St Patrick's Day - had a little party at work. :)
At night, went to Oversouth Tavern with Kristin and Nigel, Nigel's friend Cory. Brian came, was very chatty and fun with some random people, who we ended up hanging out with all night. A few drinks. Got home around 1 ish. A very good time.
brian was the life of the party. we had much jokes. it was all very freeing.
Friday night - went over to Kristin's around 10 to watch Say Yes to the Dress on Netflix. Fell asleep after the first one. Marissa and I left around 12:30.
Saturday - went over Brian's around 5:30. His girlfriend was there. She's very friendly and fun. Played a card game (Phase 10). Marissa and Nigel both showed up an hour or two later. Mike Miller, a delightful friend of Brian's, showed up around 9. alicia (the girlfriend), went home, and Miller took her spot in the game. He is fun to chat with.
At the end of the night we were standing about and it somehow came around that we both like lasertag, so we sort of planned to go next weekend. it didn't quite sound like a date, more like friends, with possible other people coming along, but it was mentioned several times that he is recently single. ;)
Brian and i also talked, and we're going to hang out a lot more.
so yay for a social life!
today i went over my dad's for a few hours. pretty nice, i guess. we ate pizza, watched thebourne supremacy, did random chitchat. hopefully it will happen again.
joel (my mom's boyfriend) brought me over several led zeppelin/robert plant albums to copy. :D
