Random Questions, Answered!

I randomly found this on a blog so, I filled it out!

Zodiac Sign: Aries

Eyes: Green with a VERY pale ring of hazel around the pupil. I was once told my eyes look like "a sunflower in a small green field". Aaaw, thanks!

Height: 5’9 1/2″ - 5'10"

Today… I have painted my nails, eaten cookies, yogourt and chinese food, outlined future chapters of Watching You and spent 11 hours playing my very first Facebook game called Paradise Life(my poor news feed).

Right now... I am sitting in my corner of the chesterfield, reading fanfiction. After this I will make some tea and watch either Criminal Minds or Mayday/Air Crash Investigation (documentary show about plane crashes).

When were you last mad? When I watched Hangover II, or the last time I saw Top 20 Most Horrifying Unsolved Murders... why do I watch so many shows about death and destruction?

What was the last thing that made you cry? My last serious cry was when my father accepted my mother's diagnosis as incurable. My last less serious cry was while reading totalgleekgirl's fic about Kurt committing suicide.

Which movie or album means the most to you? Crud! I'm terrible at choosing favorites! Ummm, Movie would be Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope, because of the memories of chibi!Me sneaking past my mom WAY after bedtime, climbing into my dad's recliner to sit on his lap and watch it. He never told on me :). Important Album is the Beach Boys Greatest Hits: my family and I drove for several days straight only listening to that CD. We never got sick of it and there was no fighting at all.

Which qualities do you look for in a good friend? Honesty, humour, imagination and a love for absolutely TERRIBLE films.

Name three books that you never completed reading:
1)“The Talisman" by Stephen King and Peter Straub. Such an interesting concept and the first half is REALLY good, but I always just lose interest midway. In my defense, it is enormous.
2)"The End" by Lemony Snicket. I wrote an entire entry in the form of a letter to the author about this book HERE.
3)"La Quête d'Alexandre" by Hélène Brodeur. DO NOT TOUCH THIS BOOK!!! It only won an award because people felt sorry for it and knew that no one would touch it otherwise. I had to rad it for school and fell asleep reading it. At 3 o'clock in the afternoon. In broad daylight. During a scene involving a priest watching a woman take a sponge bath. There is no hope, it's just that boring. Even my teacher said: "Never mind. We'll read something else."

What are you good at? Baking. Writing. Finding a song for any occasion. Making lists. Feeling guilty. Sarcasm. Making people smile. Procrastinating.

What do you wish you were good at? Making plans and SEEING THEM THROUGH! Being spontaneous. Dancing. Cleaning. Making my parents proud.

Mention three books that you think are beautiful: "Romeo and Juliet" by the Bard himself. I KNOW that it's a play and many people think it's overrated and far from his best work, but it is the first work of his that I ever saw or read and it is beautiful. "The God Box" by Alex Sanchez. Sanchez is a wonderful young adult fiction writer, but this story about the struggles of faith and sexuality is my favourite. "The Bible" by multiple authors. It's not about hate, it's about love.

What annoys you right now? People who say "the Sahara desert". The word 'sahara' is the literal translation of 'desert', so anytime someone says "Sahara desert" they are actually saying "Desert desert". How many other Saharas are there anyway! this redundancy is repetitive and drives me CRACKERS!

What were you like in junior high school? Teacher's pet of epic proportions (as in I was able to go on an overnight high school field trip five months after I graduated) and outcast. I was about seven inches taller than the rest of my grade, about twenty pounds underweight and I read far too much. I ate my lunches in the library until 11th grade(of course by then I had developed a healthy figure and learned to TALK to my peers).

Mention three things you would like to do before you die: Go to an airport with no plan at all and buy an international ticket(going aaaaaaaaaaanywheeeeeeere). Meet a celebrity I admire (anyone from Chris Colfer, Oprah Winfrey or the Norwegian blogger I follow). Wake up in the morning and feel so content about who I am, where I am and what I'm doing that I just start dancing. No groaning about wanting five more minutes, just a Cameron-Diaz-in-Charlie's-Angels-esque dance.

I hope I have sufficiently wasted everybody's time :D
