I'm sorry about work. I really hope the counselor will be as helpful to you as she should be. You definitely deserve to be completely happy right now.

You have no idea how much talking to someone about yourself will help you. They have no stake in your personal life. I have soooo many issues with anxiety, but my therapist (or counselor) really helps me see another way of looking at things, offers strategies to help me deal. I think this is the BEST decision you can make for yourself right now. And for your baby. I'm so happy you figured it out for yourself. You are taking the first step and it's a big one - but from my experience, you are going to be heading down the path to self discovery and self love.
I can't wait to find out what you are having! Yay!
