A chocolate trifle

Jun 17, 2005 12:42

I've noticed whenever I'm bored now I write or post something. And I'm totally bored with work this week because I'm caught up with everything. I've been writing on and off all morning, but this is from yesterday, because I've not come near to finishing what I'm writing. kawaiigato dared me to keep myself under 100 words, and I did, only what came out was closer to poetry than prose. So here's baby's first poem^^, Viewfinder based, written for Christy:

Chocolate Trifle

Melting, dripping, down his chin,

Chocolate, matching hair and eyes.

Eyes half closed, watching its path,

Tracking, tracing the drops.

Tongue twitching, eager to follow,

Lapping up sugar and cream

From that porcelain skin.

Brown sugar eyes

Beg to be tasted.

Sugar melts into liquid gold,

Following chocolate, washing it clean.

Tongue tip traces the salty and sweet,

Best when mingled, best when fresh

Over ripe flushed cheeks.

takaba, romance
