Otakuthon 2010 report: day 3
End of my Otakuthon report! :D
Third day started with failed eggs by both my friend and I at my house. joossy 's turnover fail and my sunny-side up fail.
Then, we were off to our last day of Otakuthon! Once we got there, we went to the Garage Sale, where my friend had dropped off some stuff to sell, and i broke my promise to myself. I bought a cute little Yuki plushie there <3 it was just 3$ though! and it's really adorable!

After that, i met up with another friend and went to see Vic Mignogna's Q&A panel. that was such an interesting panel! Vic was so entertaining and funny! <3 I then dropped by my friend's Johnny's Entertainment panel (that i co-hosted until this year, when i realized i was not up to date with JE at all anymore) they were learning the Zukkoke Otoko Michi and Koi no ABO dances haha then, it was JE karaoke :) there were a lot of people there so it was nice to see the panel is still going great!
Following that panel, there was Aaron Dismuke's Q&A panel <333 we got there a few minutes late so it had already started. i remember he was talking about how it would be awkward for him to be president since he's lefty so he would put out the wrong hand when shaking hands haha and that's when i was like 'ooh! i'm lefty too!" haha
he answered a few of my questions, which was pretty cool. i remember he said he liked the twins in Harry Potter so i asked if he had done any pranks on the other voice actors haha he said he once dyed Vic's hair pink. i asked if he had time to visit the places he goes to or if he just stays in the convention, i asked what colors he can't see properly when he said he was colorblind (he mixes green and red up), i remember asking other things too haha this panel was awesome too :) we learned a lot of fun facts about him :)
I've got some videos of this that i'll possibly post up on YouTube. I'll most likely post them up here after :P haha i didn't film that much because i was kind of in the middle and he could clearly see me so i was intimidated haha i did post the stuck in a women's bathroom story though xD so funny! XD
After his panel, he had a 30min break before his signing. Duringit all starts as a circle and everyone jumps back and freezes in a "ninja" position. then, one person at a time, you try to eliminate someone by touching their hand. after you moved (and the person you were aiming for possibly moved to block your attack) you have to freeze in your new position :) and so on...pretty epic game haha :D the panel, he mentioned a game called Ninja and he said he needed people to play and if anyone wanted to learn, he'd teach them. So after his mini-signing/pics in the hall, we headed to a bigger space with a few other people and he taught us how to play! :P haha

I wasn't very good at it but it was still fun! I was next to Aaron at the beginning of a couple of rounds and that guy hits really hard. Every time he eliminated someone, you heard a slap o.O so i let out a "oh man...i don't want to be next to aaron O_O" the first time i was next to him xD he attacked me a couple of times but didn't get my hand...got my hip/side once though and that was quite a hard hit -__-

when his signing started, i headed over to Otakuthon Idol because i had 2 friends who were finalists! i was lucky to not have missed them (because that event started at the end of Aaron's panel and i played Ninja for a half hour)i saw my friends and a couple of others. they were all great :)
i didn't do much for the rest of the day other than hang around with my friends. it was a great weekend though and i'm really glad i went. <3 until next year Otakuthon! :D
