Aspen Housing Questions

So, for anyone who's been to Aspen in the past (or had friends go) do most Opera theatre people stay in the dorms? Or get off site apartments? I wanna live with people, not on my own, but I don't wanna be the only opera person in a dorm with a bunch of 18 year old violinists...LOL
