Here's a hilarious comment on a blog I often read. The guy's handle was "whatever", so I can't give proper credit.
"Fox News is a real news organization in the same way that Sesame Street is a real address. To a child's simple view of the world, it is convincing enough to give the appearance of legitimacy. Conservatives have become addicted to self delusion in the same way a heroin junkie acts. Any (or no) rationalization is acceptable as long as the desired effect (getting high/validating a narrow minded world view predicated on bullshit) is met. I do however hope that Fox sticks around, I need a good laugh every once in a while and they never disappoint."
