My God! I just downloaded one of the Season 4 Family Guy episodes that I missed and it had one of the most horrible jokes! It's during a flashback to when Peter was an intern at the hospital.
Peter: I'm afraid I have some very bad news. Your wife's gonna be a vegetable. You'll have to bathe her, feed her, and take care for her the rest of her life.
Man: Oh my God!
Peter: *chuckles* No, no, no, I'm just kidding! She's dead.
