She creates hostile work environment. And tonight she started shit with me.
She was trying to interfere with MY JOB. She is a fucking fat lard uncertified Medical Assistant who thinks she can do whatever she wants. She is mean. And I hate her.
I cannot give much info due to HIPPA patient privacy acts, its too complicated to go into without giving detail about patients, but it had to do with a form of a patient who just transfered her and we didnt have the full records yet. I told her that she didnt need a physical and just to fill in the immunizations so the girl could go to school. But no. She had to argue with me while keeping the mom on hold for like 20 minutes. SO I told her I would talk to the mom. Apparently she didnt hear me. But everyone else heard me so I picked up the phone and advised her that I would take care of it. Then fuckin fatt ass throws and I am not kidding, throws the form at me and tells me to do it since i picked up the phone. I lost it. I told her that was not my job it was her fuckin job and that she needs to stop getting involved with everything. She is sooo nosey and annoying and tries to get too involved with everything. Just sit there and fill out the damn form and let me do my work. I told her it was NOT my job to transcribe records and it was not hers either. She then proceded to tell me she has transcribed records before. Which is illegal because it is the DOCTORS job to do that.. MAYBE a nurses, but not an on the job trained medical assistant who isnt really one cause she isnt CERTIFIED. I cannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnttt stand her i hate her i really HATE her. I told her that she had no right to transcribe records and she ddint have a PHD at the end of her name, therefore she really shoudlnt be doing anything. She just should sit there take back patients, clean the rooms, and fill out the forms. She isnt trained to do my work, or the doctors work. FJUCKING CUNT. I am going to see my boss tomorrow because I have had enough. She starts shit with the front office ALL the time and interferes with our work and I refuse to work in that enviornment. Ever since she started working with us, people have gotten in fights, everyone in the front office has been yelled at by her, she starts arguments and then says mean things, she talks about everyone behind their backs. She makes fun of Trina and Ddanielle and tells me these things like trina and danielle arent my friends or something. I swear to god if nothing is done abouyt her this time I am gunna cry. She is evil. Everyone hates her and wants her gone, we should just fire her and I hope this will be what gets her gone cause she already has like 10 warnings. fucking bitch. dont start with me. she should know better. she thinks she is a bitch, she met her fucking match. Maybe it was unprofessional of me but I told her to get off her high horse and stop thinking that she was a nurse or a doctor because she wasnt and that she really needed to mind her own business.
