Not good. I feel so ill :( I swear, every noise I hear is multiplied and spinning in my head, and I feel so, like, I don't know. Trapped in my own head, if that makes sense. It's like, the inside of me is like burning hot, but my skin is really cold and has goosebumps. I haven't felt this icky in a long time. :(
