Mum-in-law was making cheese (cottage cheese might be closest to it, made from milk and sour milk) and there was plenty of whey left, so I used that to make some bread rolls. I put in some grated carrots and one package of sour cream and some syrup. I think they turned out pretty well.
Only bad thing about using whey instead of milk or water is that the bread goes bad faster. So we need to eat 30 bread rolls before that happens.
I just love freshly baked bread rolls....
