(no subject)
so, last night was a blast.
ran into tyler at providence place, made plans and met back down at my dad's house. went into town to CVS and then over to java madness to see michael play the first show i've seen since december. it was great--me and tyler were the only kids i knew there, besides of course vi, mike and zander. it was pretty much family (all three boys') and a few kids i don't really know who were probably just at java and decided to stay for the show. tyler and i did the "merch table" and sold CDs and had the sign up list for a recording of the show. we had sooooo much fun, drawing on the dollars and eating and laughing way too hard. the guys sounded GREAT and i called beth during "hippie child" so she could hear it from NY...it was definitely a good time but i wish the old crew from last summer was all there, it wasn't the same without everyone else there. it was a good time, though. and DT wasn't there--major plus. i bought mike's mom a tea and she got so excited--i love that woman--she gave me a hug and said "i can't wait until you and michael get married." hahahaha.
so, after the show we came to KP and had really great, free food. oh! also, i bought the new foo fighters CD and FINALLY buckled down and bought leaving through the window by something corporate--SUCH better quality than the zillions of downloads of that CD that i have, the sound is amazing and i'm so psyched to finally have it. anyway, we went back to the dorm and tyler read harry potter and i talked to to beth online and watched SNL and she spies (aka best show everrrrrrr). me and beth got talking about august and what we should do with ourselves--she'll be back from new york and i'll be out of the dorm--and bethany kent, a genius among ordinary women, suggests what is sure to go down in history as the best idea of all time: she wants to redecorate her room...in island/jacks mannequin theme. the more we talked about it the more into it we both got and we were talking about how obvi we need to hang out every day to make up for the rest of the summer and then beth was like "hey, you should just move in with me for the two weeks you'll be here in august," which sounds like soooooo much fun. she was like "we can just paint and go to the pool every day, it would be fantastic." we talked about it soooo much and seriously, who knows if it'll ever happen, but that would be maybe the most fun thing to do EVER. i really haven't been psyched to move out of burnside until that conversation because i really just don't want to have to live out in exeter all by myself. so, even if me and beth don't do this, which knowing us we'll be too lazy to do any of it, haha, we at least usually do SOME of what we've planned and so now i have something to really look forward to--haha, it almost makes me want to start packing now.
so, finally, i go to bed, and have the BEST dream, haha. i can't remember if i IMed him in the dream or he IMed me, but beautiful justin and i were talking online and he was like "we're in RI for a few days and me and ryan are soooo bored, are you up to anything? because we really just need to see a new face." i really didn't want to tell him i couldn't drive up there so i think i borrowed linnae's car and just drove myself up there and hung out with justin ryan and mike materese, and we had the best time, i don't really even remember any of it at this point but i just remember being sooooo happy to see them and having a ton of fun and weirdly enough i think ashkan was there, haha.
anyway, now here i am, nothing to do today. i think i might go read =)
