hi hon. my name is heather. i saw your entry in the ana_in_college community, and i was curious about how your fasting was going, so i decided to have a peek at your journal. ive just read this one entry of yours and wow... you have very strong opinions. i think thats great. before i say anything else, i want you to know that im not ana/mia ....im very anti ana/mia, but im not saying your opinion is wrong, and im not going to preach or argue. im just curious.

Every girl who "loves her self how she is" who states "any man should be happy to have her"...is lying.i find that so depressing. you dont think a girl can be happy with the way she looks, no matter what she does? i try and tell myself often that im beautiful and that i love myself because (i know this sounds silly) after you start hearing things repeated, you eventually start to believe. i used to really hate myself, but since ive been doing that im starting to like myself a little more every day

I don't think is possible to be happy with your self no matter what you do. Human beings are not built to function that way. If we were we would all be of doing things that only benefit our selves. There is a difference between being happy with your self as to where you are, and being happy with your self no matter what
