Does anyone remember an episode where a woman was kidnapping girls and keeping them alive, dressed like dolls that she had while she was growing up?

I watched a lot of seasons in a short span of time, and I can't remember which one this was!

so i was watching CSI and saw a potentional bad guy that looked just like Sheriff Lamb in Veronica Mars - Michael Muhney. It wasn't him!! It was this dude, Justin Kirk. Don't they look amazingly similar?!?!
