I plan on starting a strict 200/500 Calorie rotation to try and get to 100 by May. I think this is totally doable.
I also plan on doing 30 mins. of HIIT daily or at least every other day to burn fat. Also when I can I'm going to do my weight lifting routine on the days I have time.
I will prally get back on my pills to speed up the process and control my tummy cravings.
I'm sick, sick, sick of going nowhere, my wheels are just turning but nothing is changing. I want a noticeable change, not this little 2 or 3 pound crap. I'm about 108, if my little weekend binge didn't kill that. I will do my cardio tonight and sweat...then go into the steam room which is like a soul cleanser for me. I will feel fresh and new and ready to get serious and get to my goal.
