Well, this morning, at the house, we didn't get much of much, but starting a little after 3pm we've geen getting waves of hard and steady rain coming and going, so we're still feeling it. This is the craziest storm sysmtem. I swear, I think one day God said, "Fay, I want you to mess with the forcasters' minds. I want you to be unorganized, gain strength over central Florida, sit off the coast for a day or so and just generally do what the folks at NOAA think you aren't going to do." "Sure thing, Boss!"

Home yesterday and today because of Fay, now the U has decided to stay closed tomorrow. Whee! I'm sure that'll make the compressed move-in weekend a whale of fun for the students and parents!

Well, The U is having a short day and the boss said I don't have to come in, and Karl's boss said if he needed to work from home it was okay, so we're home today. We probably won't know about tomorrow until later in the afternoon ( Read more... )
