My computer died.
T_T
On Monday I came home from the mall and tried to turn on my computer. It turned on, but the screen wasn't showing anything. I somehow got it to shut off and decided to leave it alone for awhile. A couple of hours later I tried to turn it on again. Nothing. I actually was a to get it started yet again and the screen was showing on the moniter. Needless to say I was pretty releived. suddenly I heard a pop (It sounded like one of those New Year confetti poppers.) I also saw a blue flash. Of course the comp couldn't make it through that so it got fried. Sucks. However thankfully since we've had it less than a year. (got it only last May!) The one year warrenty was still in effect. So the company, HP is going to fix it. Yay! Still pretty lame that it didn't last a year. And thankfully I can use my parents laptop for the moment.
So other than that life is just fine. Before the computer died and I lost 50 GBs of anime *eep* I had been watching a whole lot of anime. I guess the only really notable difference in my life is that this summer I'm definatly going somewhere (either UCLA, Nebraska medical center or University of Pittsburgh) to get a workup so i can be put on the intestenal transplant list. I know, I keep saying it's going to happen, but this time I'm pretty serious. Since I'm in pretty good health, good enough for someont with my condition and my doctor, parents and I decided we shouldn't wait until I'm not healthy since obviously its worse to have surgery in a bad condition. I still have to make my decision as to where I'm going to go exactly, but I think I'm going to pick UCLA since they have a really good program and it's so close to home. I guess I'm ready for this all to happen, but it's not like I have much choice.
