All is forgiven, dear Dark Horse.

I'm going to come out and say it. Generally speaking, Dark Horse comics bore me. I think that's the reason I've fallen way behind on the Buffy comics. It's not that I think they're bad or out of character or that the art is awful or the dialogue weird or wooden. They simply bore me. When the carpet is more interesting than the comic book in your ( Read more... )

Hee! Furry guy is kinda cute. :D

I have snotted, sneezed and read my way through all 49 issues so far

Have you updated your Shhh? That's the equivalent of four books! *pokes you*

Aww, Gryph is very funny indeed. It's a brilliant comic.

I put it on my shhh! already, but only put it as one book as I read it all in one go, more or less. I figure it'll balance out when I read teeny little books.

I've already had this argument with Lit: Your Mr Men collection does not count as separate books! The whole collection barely makes one real book. Hee!

Don't be trying to lure me into Star Wars comics land! I have a couple of months of Blackest Night and my other titles to catch up on. Plus my 60 odd years of backstory to dig through. *g*

Do you think I'm happy about another new obsession? No, of course not. I need someone to share my misery! *g* Oh that reminds me, you simply must read Cry for Justice. Only one more issue to go and it's finished and the art is guh and it looks to be a good jumping on point if you fancy reading Justice Leaugue every month. I'm jumping back on myself!

I've already got Cry for Justice tracked at CK, just waiting for that final ep. *g* I think I'll join you in that jump. I've seen a few scans of the C4J art at scans_daily and it does look very eyecatching.

Turn your luring ways on Lit - she's already got the Star Wars history so she's halfway there already. Should be easy getting her hooked. :P

Oh yay!! I've read all of Cry for Jusitice so far and now just waiting to read the final one before reading JLA #41 (had a quick flick through #41 with one eye closed and it seems to be set just after CFJ and at a point that's very convenient for new readers). I've got a good feeling about it and am hoping I'll become a JLA reader once again. Yay!!
