(no subject)
I really do hurtle through different fandom at an incredible speed. If there were a Fandom Grand Prix I'm sure I'd win it. Last week kitty_poker1 convinced me I absolutely needed to watch Being Human and, in fact, my very sanity depended on it! /exaggeration. Anyway, I watched, I caught up, I fricking loved. How scrumptcious is George?!?!?! And this week's episode was wonderful in every sense and I loved the bit with the telly!!! BWAHAHAHAHAHA! Tell me I'm not the only person who has reacted like that when their scheduled show isn't on!
I really think I'm done with Torchwood now. The pain has gone and it's just another show. Yes, I will be watching season 4. I adore Jack and Gwen, but the emotional attachment is no more now Ianto is gone. Unfortunately I believe myself to be falling hard for both George from Being Human and Eric from True Blood. If anything happens to either of them it'll be toys out of the pram all over again. Sorry!
Weirdly, at the same time I bought BH, I also bought Desperate Romantics and imagine my surprise to find the same actor in both! Take it from me, Aidan Turner is fantastic in both shows!
Just finished reading the second Sookie Stackhouse book. It certainly had its flaws, but I still really enjoyed it. I can't believe some of the differences! Looking forward to the next one with some curiosity.
I have one last thing to say: PUDDING!
