Mucho excitement this evening. First, my Robin Cape arrived from Argentina. I'm staggered by how beautifully made it is. The material is kinda shiny and very heavy and it's a deep, golden yellow. It is a little bit long to be a complete replica of the 1960's Dick Grayson cape, but I'm happy to have my tree trunks covered up a little more (and anyway, since when did Dick ever wear green sparkly ballet-style shoes?)! Other than than it's pretty much Dick's cape. It fits me perfectly and I love it. I don't feel nearly so bad about spending so much money it. Worth every penny and am considering wearing it to work tomorrow. No one would notice, would they?

Also, the Hilton Birmingham promo code is up for Roadhouse and I have booked Kitty and I in for the Friday and Saturday night. Pity we can't stay the Sunday night too, but can't have everything. I'm still so chuffed I can even go!
