I just found a hilarious video on johnnys_wa_ai. First i saw this was an imitation by Aiba chan (HEY!x3 2007.09.03 telephone box), and then half an imitation by Nakatsu (Hanakimi ep 10).

About the show: The rules of the game are that you do not laugh while watching the video of the guy trying his best to speak in English. In the show, the people who laugh would have their names called up and have their butt spanked for it.
