*anyone inside the manor will see Percival pacing around or hear his efforts at organizing*
This is incredible. I've never seen...well, not in a civilized location, anyway.
Well, we've managed to get the tavern door open, and I believe they've got the door open down at the inn as well, but I wouldn't recommend people try to go outside if they don't have to. It's incredibly slippery, the ice is a sheer sheet along the flagstone paths and stairs. It may stay that way until we get a thaw, save for the walkways and paths if we can do anything to melt or chip away the ice.
It's going to take some cooperation not only to make it safe to walk outside, but to keep the buildings warmed and such. I think, first of all, we ought to make sure everyone is safe in either the manor or the inn - would anyone volunteer to work with me to visit every corner of the grounds to make sure everyone is all right? We should check the distant rooms in the ship, the cafe, the outbuildings, the stables...though it'll take some time and careful treading on the ice. I must get to the stables and look in on the horses...and Kathy... And check on the dogs! I hope none of them were out in the storm.
If anyone has any other suggestions of what we might do to ease the problems, please! I, er, don't consider myself coordinating anything, unless Lord Thomas wishes someone to head up expeditions outdoors.
