Just because he couldn't see doesn't mean it would keep the other women from feeling uncomfortable. There was already another man present causing many of the others to feel uneasy.

Hervey, you aren't 17 anymore. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior. The only reason we are accepted here is because we aren't unintelligent, uncivilized buffoons like most of the pirates the people here have encountered in the past.
