Whats wrong lately i've been asked that question a lot lately. Well for once i guess instead of being phillisophical i'll just use this thing for what it is for. First of all i have a lot of frustration and anger built up inside that i cannot get rid of , and second i want to give up , surrender whatever you want to call it. For someone that hates

Sean, Happiness isn't something you achieve. It's something you work on. You can't assume that because things haven't worked out in the past that theres no hope for the future. Every human being needs to be happy. But it's not something you pick up in a store. Each person needs to figure out the most direct route to their goal.
For example, last June I was miserable. I hated my life. I was in a relationship I didn't want to be in, I had to convince myself to go to work, and I almost never saw any of my friends. Do you think I sat and waited? No. Do you think I gave up hope? Almost did a couple of times.
I simply decided that I was going to go for what I wanted. But first I had to figure out what that was. And it didn't happen overnight. It took a long time for me to realize that Becky wasn't the person I should be with. My job was full of mixed emotions: I hated it but at the same time I was comfortable in it.
You may think you have a grasp on what makes you happy but you need to keep re-evaluating it. Everyday, wake up and ask your self how you're going to be happy today. If it means surrounding yourself with friends (one of my things) than do it. Don't let anything get in the way. If it means having someone to love, then why not?
What you can't do is let failure dispair you. You're to busy to hang out with friends some days or the person you were checking out doesn't want anything to do with you. There are always other days, other women.
Besides, if you give up, what else are you going to do? Without the pursuit of happiness, what good is humanity?
