I don't support this suggestion, for all the reasons stated in previous comments.

I would heartily support a more visible way to access current controls - users can already set feeds to display the title and full entry, title and first few lines, or title only, but that setting is only accessible via the admin console.

I am so glad it's there, I'm always teaching people to use it. An easier admin interface would be great.
