When submitting journal posts by email, have the option to have notifications sent back to the email address that the post was submitted from.

Two things jump to mind reading this:
- This could be used to send out spam that looks like it comes from LiveJournal: grab someone's address, declare it an authorized address for email posting, make an email post using that address as the From: address, and comment. (That isn't possible currently, because comment notification emails only go to the posting user's email address if it was validated. That would no longer be the case with this scheme.)
- What should happen if you lose control of that alternate email address, or change it?

I have a refinement: rather than having the option to only switch the address the notifications are sent to, add the address (or switch if you want to). So your comments could still be archived at whatever address they usually go to, and you have them coming in as well to the address you sent in the entry from ( ... )
