I agree with this point. I see it functioning much in the same way as You replied: which will show Open, AAC, SNH and Closed requests as well.

But it would only show closed reqs for 24 hours. Possible alternate implementation would be to allow users to view their own support history, even if they don't have the SH priv to do so.

The page would have to auth users to email addresses, similarly to how the support board works now (meaning, you can see the request if it is from your validated email).

Yes. People should be able to view their own supporthistory.
