Title
Add "You Wrote" or "You Submitted" feature to the filtering options of SupportBoard

Short, concise description of the idea
This probably specifically applies to users who are having trouble with receiving their e-mail from LJ (#115) but also for volunteers who submit a large number of reviews but otherwise can't view support@. Adding this filter would allow anyone to view any requests they have written.

Full description of the idea
I think the space above covers it, but if my idea is unclear I'm happy to elaborate in comments.
An ordered list of benefits
  • <> Users who cannot receive e-mail from LiveJournal have an easy way to track their support requests directly from the board.
  • <> Support volunteers who submit review requests which subsequently drop off of the board (and can't be located again without the auth key or the original e-mail) can easily filter these requests to check status.
  • <> Users who submit multiple requests about the same issue have an easy way to filter and find those requests which fall victim to supportclose and find the active one.
  • <> This could potentially be used to create an opt-out of e-mail notifications from support, though I'm not *really* in favor of this option. It could, however, be used as the basis for creating ESN to support requests, as detailed in the request of "seaofdestiny".

An ordered list of problems/issues involved
  • <> The feature wouldn't be terribly utilized: I know that I don't submit a whole lot of support requests, being a volunteer myself, and that most users don't submit multiple requests.
  • <> There is the question of easy access (limited, albeit) to private cats but this information would be visible on the board anyways to those who are logged in. So there's the potential application for misuse but I can't phrase it in concrete details.

An organized list, or a few short paragraphs detailing suggestions for implementation
  • Add a filter option to /support/help.bml to scan for the "From:" field on support requests, similar to the action done when you select "You Replied:". I d0n't sp3ak g33k very well. :-)

support, § no status
