Allow users the option of selecting whether the messages in their message center appear listed in chronological order, or in reverse chronological order as they are now.
An ordered list of benefits

• When there are a lot of notifications it is more logical and useful to be able to review them in chronological order. ( In order to do that now, one must scroll to the bottom of the page, select the last page of messages, and scroll to the bottom of that page, working one's way up, which is unnecessarily cumbersome.)
• Each user would have the option to select either "list notifications in chronological order (oldest first)" or "list notifications in reverse chronological order (newest first)".

An ordered list of problems/issues involved

• It would take a bit of effort on someone's part to implement the necessary coding.

An organized list, or a few short paragraphs detailing suggestions for implementation

• Each user should have the option to select either "list notifications in chronological order (oldest first)" or "list notifications in reverse chronological order (newest first)".
• This could be as an option on the "Manage Message Settings" page, but would be even more convenient if it could somehow be toggled on the inbox/message center page itself.
• The logistics of how to implement this are not my area of expertise, but I don't imagine it would be too difficult.
