Short, concise description of the idea
For some users, 50 links are not enough for their blogging needs. I use the Links List to organize the articles I write in my food blog for easy reference. In a situation like that, it's very easy to outstrip the maximum.
Full description of the idea
I'm attempting to set up a food blog on my Paid account here - http://chubbypanda.livejournal.com. Please note the way I've used the Links List to order current and future articles.
Compare to the Links List functionality offered by Blogspot (www.blogspot.com) and used by fellow food blogger Elmo Monster here - http://elmomonster.blogspot.com.
An ordered list of benefits
- Ability to selectively order and feature articles.
- Ability to link to related blogs or sites.
An ordered list of problems/issues involved
- Power users would no longer run out of space for their Links List.
- Serious bloggers would not need to consider options like Blogspot or Typepad for their blogging needs.
An organized list, or a few short paragraphs detailing suggestions for implementation
- Remove the maximum limit on the Links List for Paid accounts.
- Raise the maximum limit on the Links List for all account types.
- Possibly offer unlimited Links List functionality to Paid account users for a few more dollars a year.
