Move the Domain Aliasing and Shared User Pictures sections from the Modify Journal page to Edit Info page

Full description of the idea
These two options don't fit with the rest of the Modify.bml page, which has to do with Styles and Mood Themes. Shared User Pictures, with a link to FAQ 205, should be near Image Placeholders. Domain Aliasing should be under the Advanced section along with FOAF.
