as you probably know, another website where you can journal is myspace.com. this site has been taking members away from livejournal. we really should do something...
Full description of the idea
Myspace gives a lot more choices than livejournal, such as a place to put the users picture, as well as displaying what cd or book they are reading (with a picture of it) we are seeing a lot of members of livejournal leave to join myspace... if you added new features to your site you may be able to grab new members and regain the ones you've lost.

An organized list, or a few short paragraphs detailing suggestions for implementation
- at new features like being able to have a picture of yourself and an icon or letting the icon be bigger it would also be a good idea to provide a few cool overrides because not many people can make their own... and maybe if u didnt have that goat on the front page you'd get more members...
