Most new releases are only being posted to lj_releases, which not many users watch. With many releases, new features are implemented that users are unaware of because it hasn't been announced in a more commonly used community, such as news.

One such example is the latest release's change to LJ Cuts. There have been many Support Tickets filed by users who think the change in functionality is a bug rather than an intended change.
