When browsing the support requests at http://www.livejournal.com/support/help.bml, add a drop-down option to exclude entries in Cyrillic.

Full description of the idea
When browsing support requests, one can select from the drop-down menu either the area concerned (ScrapBook, Entries, etc.) or opt to see only Russian support. To give non-Russian readers the same flexibility, there should be a drop-down or other type of option to include only requests that use non-Cyrillic characters, or if other characters are possible (Chinese, Greek), Latin characters only.
